Banana peel on your feet
Do you ever suffer from dry or sensitive feet? If you walk too long with dry feet, it can eventually cause cracked heels. Heel cracks often arise because the skin on the heels is very dry and can crack when walking. Unfortunately, many people suffer from this and it can be very painful. If you suffer from dry feet, the remedy is simply in your fruit bowl: a banana! Because as it turns out, banana peels are full of amino acids and vitamins that make your dry feet baby soft in no time. The peel of the tropical yellow fruit is bursting with amino acids and many vitamins, such as vitamins A, B, C and E. And those vitamins are very good for dry, irritated or cracked feet. How it works
It works super easy! Clean your feet beforehand and make sure they are dry before you start. Then rub the inside of the banana peel over your soles and heels. Then rinse your feet with cold water or put them in a foot bath with a little soda. Do this every day and after a few days your feet will be wonderfully soft again! Do you have an overripe banana in your fruit bowl? Don’t throw it away either but use it as a foot mask. Mash the banana in a bowl and then apply it to your feet. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse your feet well. Do you want the very best result? Then soak your feet in cold water for another five minutes and then put on dry, clean socks. If you do this for a week, your feet will feel wonderfully soft again!
